Feltonfleet’s Year 8 football team ended their final season in unforgettable fashion, claiming a 3–1 victory over King’s House School in the County Plate Final.
After a strong start and a well-worked opening goal, the team responded superbly to an unusual equaliser early in the second half. With determination and excellent teamwork, they regained the lead and sealed the win with a third goal just before the final whistle.
Football Coach, Mike Cooper, commented:
"A fantastic performance and a fitting send-off for a brilliant group of Year 8 players in their final football season at Feltonfleet. Well done to the whole squad!"
